Financial Support from Buckinghamshire Council

You have accessed this page to apply for the £125 support payment from Buckinghamshire Council. Before you enter your details into the form please ensure you can answer ‘yes’ to the following questions.

  1. You are an unpaid carer, living within an Opportunity Bucks ward.
  2. You are registered with Carers Bucks.
  3. You have received a letter from Buckinghamshire Council, addressed to you personally, which contains a ‘Personal Claim Number’ (this is 5 digits long and can be found at the top of the letter).

If you have answered ‘no’ to any of the above questions then unfortunately you are not eligible for a support payment at this time. Should this change in the future, you will be contacted.

If you have answered ‘yes’ to all 3 questions then you should complete the form below.

Please take extra care when completing the form. If incorrect bank details are supplied then we will not be able to make a payment to you.

A Personal Claim Number can only be used once, and must only be used by the person who the letter is addressed to. Any duplications will be removed.

Your details are being held securely and will be used for the purposes of payment only, they will not be kept by us after the payment has been made.

Please note – these payments will not be made immediately, and may not credit your account until late September. Once you have submitted your form you do not need to do anything else, and you do not need to contact Buckinghamshire Council or Carers Bucks to check that it has been accepted. If you are eligible, and correct details have been supplied, then payment will be made in due course.
