We were able to hold two events, one in Aylesbury ands one in High Wycombe, which is testament to the number of schools across the county supporting young carers. It was wonderful to see Council members, Schools Champions, Trustees, staff and young carers coming together to recognise and celebrate their work. Having school support can make such a difference to young carers, from knowing they are not alone, to having regular opportunities to talk to each other, play games or go on adventures!
