Carer Information and Support Groups
Carers Bucks runs many carers groups across Buckinghamshire for carers aged 18+.
These groups are a great opportunity to meet other carers, share information and talk to our experienced support team. Throughout the year, we will also be running information sessions on carer’s assessments, lasting power of attorney, supportive technology and Wycombe Talking Newspaper. A sound bath using Tibetan bowls is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind, body and spirit. The experience begins with each person being seated in a comfortable position and lasts for around 20 minutes.
